tk1971 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the tk1971 platform. When you register, log in, or use any part of the platform, you automatically agree to abide by these Terms.

tk1971 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly, as continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account on tk1971 and to use any betting or casino services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed without prior notice.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, or using the same device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be cancelled and deposited funds and bonuses received may be forfeited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Providing incorrect or misleading information may prevent account verification and cause issues at the time of withdrawal. tk1971 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. tk1971 will not be liable for any unauthorised use of your account. If you experience any issues with account access or security, contact the support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on tk1971 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Only use payment methods registered in your own name — deposits from third parties are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests may be pending until account verification is complete.

3.3 Prohibited Transactions

Transactions related to money laundering or any other illegal financial activity are strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, tk1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and notify the relevant authorities for investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The tk1971 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To claim this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement to fulfil is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

4.2 Other Bonuses and Promotions

tk1971 offers several other promotions, including the weekly tk1971 Reload Gift (30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15x), tk1971 Cricket Festival Bonus (50% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20x), Birthday tk1971 Celebration Reward (up to ৳1,500, wagering 10x), Refer a Friend tk1971 Reward (up to ৳2,000, wagering 8x), and the weekly tk1971 Weekend Slot Blast (40% bonus, up to ৳6,000, wagering 18x).

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless the terms of that bonus explicitly state otherwise.
• If the deposited portion of the account balance is withdrawn without first forfeiting the bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
• tk1971 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• A bonus is not real money — it provides the opportunity to withdraw under certain conditions.

The tk1971 VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Reaching a higher level earns a higher rate of weekly cashback. Cashback is paid at a set rate on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

VIP level and cashback rate details: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.3%; Gold — up to 0.5%; Platinum — up to 0.6%; Diamond — up to 0.8%. Example: a Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

tk1971 reserves the right to change the terms, levels, or benefits of the VIP program at any time. Members will be notified of changes in advance where possible.

6.1 Betting Rules

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed. Please read the applicable rules carefully before placing a bet on cricket, football, or any other event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to tk1971's own rules.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a software or server error causes the outcome of a game to appear undetermined, tk1971 reserves the right to void that round and the relevant stake will be refunded. Bets placed on the basis of incorrectly displayed odds or payouts may be corrected or voided.

6.3 Cheating and Fraud Prohibited

Any form of cheating, use of bots, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or colluding with other players is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be cancelled and all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.

tk1971 does not sell your information to third parties. However, limited information may be shared with specific partners as required by legal obligations or for service delivery purposes, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

The tk1971 Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. These Terms apply in full to use of the service through the app. Any transactions or bets placed through the app are subject to the same rules as the website.

Versions downloaded from unofficial sources may carry security risks. tk1971 is not responsible for the operation of apps obtained from unofficial sources.

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

If you wish to close your account at any time, please contact the support team. All valid withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed. Any active bonuses or incomplete wagering will be cancelled.

11.2 Suspension by tk1971

tk1971 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account if any provision of these Terms is breached, if suspicious activity is observed, or if required under applicable law. In cases of serious violations, an account may be closed without prior notice to the member.

tk1971 is not liable for any loss arising from internet connectivity issues, device faults, or third-party service failures. The platform is provided "as is" and no guarantee is given of uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the extent permitted by law, tk1971's total liability will not in any circumstances exceed the value of the transaction concerned.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation. If a dispute arises with tk1971, please contact the support team first and allow 30 days before proceeding through a formal process.

tk1971 may partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page. For significant changes, members will be notified by email where possible. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
